Smart Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to work in Erdington within a specialist SEN school. This SEN Teacher position offers an exciting opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs within a structured and nurturing educational environment.

 

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and confident adapting learning to meet individual pupil needs. This SEN Teacher role is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers both long-term and flexible opportunities.

 

Working as a SEN Teacher, you will become part of a committed school team focused on creating positive learning experiences and helping pupils develop both academically and personally. Job Requirements of a SEN Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN within a UK school setting as a SEN Teacher
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

 

Role responsibilities of a SEN Teacher:
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons as a SEN Teacher
• Support pupils with a range of additional and complex learning needs
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and SEN teams as a SEN Teacher
